Principal Director of the Sonter Agency team. He started selling commercial real estate in 2003 on the Gold Coast. 10 years with LJ Hooker Commercial, 4 years with Ray White as a Team Leader, and 6 years as a Principal Owner of a RE/MAX franchise. Kristoffer is a full licensed agent. Kris's results are consistent, having personally negotiated over 750 commercial and industrial property transactions which includes over 250 via the in room auction process.
Currently focused on growing the commercial and residential sales team and asset management, with the aim of providing world class service. Also active in the property development space, with an interest in real estate syndication and capital raising. In his personal life, Kris likes to spend time with his kids, as well as balancing his time for his interests of triathlon and surfing.
